Sleep Awareness Month Begins…..
As winter leaves us it’s a new time of the year…….National Sleep Awareness Week is among us. Rather than a week, we’ve decided to dedicate the month of March to exploring the world of sleep.
Every year the National Sleep Foundation conducts polls focused on different themes regarding sleep. The results are revealed during the annual sleep awareness week. This is a time when you can learn how you relate to the status quo, and determine if it’s time to change your sleeping habits for the better.
If you’ve been wondering about your health and struggle with sleep this is the perfect opportunity to be more aware of the importance of sleep and recognizing the symptoms of sleep disorders. Educating yourself and others on sleep is essential. So for this upcoming Sleep Awareness Week try to make sleep a topic of discussion for yourself. You’d be surprised on the reactions and feedback you’ll receive.
